Asparagus Appetizer
My husband loves Asparagus. Me? Not so much. I make it for him and usually eat two or three spears. I typically oven roast it with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I wanted to try something different for Thanksgiving so I used this recipe and it was a huge hit with all three of us. We made it two days in a row. Fattening but YUM, perfect for an occasional treat.
